For this five-month program, the “CALABARZON on a Plate: A Virtual Food Tour Series” will showcase the region as a gastronomic destination through a five-episode series. Once a month, an episode will be aired on the LSPU Edutourism social media platform(s) to present local cuisines and delicacies in the region, highlighting not only the province of origin but also their cultural significance. This food tourism series is also an attempt at food mapping, documenting delicacies that are slowly receding in the cultural and traditional memory of the community.
