MARIO R. BRIONES, EdD

Dr. Mario R. Briones is the incumbent University President of the Laguna State Polytechnic University (LSPU). Elected to office by the Board of Regents on May 21, 2019, Dr. Briones is the third President of the University, succeeding Dr. Ricardo A. Wagan (2007-2012) and Dr. Nestor M. De Vera (2012-2019) respectively. Before assuming presidency, Dr. Briones took various administrative positions in the LSPU such as Director of Extension Services, Dean of the College of Computer Studies, and Director of Resource Generation, among others.

EDEN C. CALLO, EdD

Dr. Eden C. Callo is the Project Leader of the First Regional Edutourism Congress. She is the Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA) of the Laguna State Polytechnic University (LSPU). Prior being the VPAA, she served as the Dean for the College of Teacher Education (CTE), elevating the CTE at the San Pablo City Campus (SPCC) as a Center of Development (COD) in 2018 (CHED Memo 17, s 2016); the Director for Curriculum and Instruction Development and Quality Assurance (CIDQA); and the Publication Adviser of the Technology Advocate, the Official Student Publication of the LSPU-SPCC.
